Chanelle Kazadi
Chanelle Kazadi grew up in Ravenna, Ohio, a small town about an hour outside of Cleveland. After spending a few years pursuing a career as a boxer, Chanelle started looking towards other interests and began tapping into her creative side. Feeling that her true calling was to create music, she decided to go all-out towards building a career.
In 2018 she released her debut EP Alter Ego. The project was well-received, giving her the motivation to continue on. Soon after, she released two EPs, Harvest Hooligan & Paystub. On June 25th, 2021, Chanelle released her debut album Make It Work, which peaked at #18 on the iTunes Store Hip-Hop/Rap album chart and #162 on the all-genre album chart. The album has since generated over 400,000 streams.
Chanelle has performed nationwide and has opened up for national names such as Kota The Friend, Pink Siifu, Mark Battles, Mir Fontane, Domo Wilson, Montana 300, and K Camp.
Driven as ever, she is looking to build on her success in 2021 and beyond.
